Method to download a detailed report of the skipped lines in the creation of a subscription list.

| listId | Distribution List ID |
| name | Name of the distribution list. This parameter must be [[restapi:appx_ciphering|Base64 encoded]] |
| timestamp | Datetime of creation of the report. Format: MM-DD-YYYY_HH:mm:ss, example: 03-25-2019_11:09:02. This parameter is provided in the response of the API method of creating the segmented list. See [[restapi:dlist#create_segmented_distribution_list|Create Segmented Distribution List]] |
