There are two main Dashboards in the Business Intelligence and Analytics platform:

• Main Events Dashboard: This dashboard displays events that are not related to transactional traffic, such as REGION_ENTER, REGION_EXIT, BEACON_ENTER, BEACON_EXIT, SCRATCHED, OPEN, etc. These events are generated by the Scratchcard, SDK, Passbook and Google Offers platforms.
• Traffic Dashboard: All transactional traffic is displayed in this dashboard. This includes SMS, PUSH, Email, MMS, Voice traffic.

There are several very specialized convenient dashboards for specific applications:

• Geofences Dashboard: displays events associated with Geofences. The event types displayed are GEOFENCE_ENTER and GEOFENCE_EXIT and include elements to filter by Campaign Name, Platform, Time Distribution and Location. The heatmap aggregates events that occur in nearby areas to display geolocation based behavior.
• iBeacons Dashboard: only displays events associated with iBeacons. The events reported are BEACON_ENTER and BEACON_EXIT. If the integrated mobile app is location enabled then the location of these events are mapped in a cluster map and a heatmap. The dashboard can be filtered by Campaign Name, Platform, Time Distribution and Location.
• Push Dashboard: displays Push Notification events. If the mobile app has location services enabled the location of the user is displayed in the map. The dashboard can be filtered by Campaign Name, Platform, Time Distribution and Location.
• Scratchcards Dashboard: displays Scratchcard related events. These events are generated when the users click the link for the scratchcard, but also when they interact with it in the browser (the user scratches the image, or clicks on the final link, or lets it timeout). The dashboard can be filtered by Campaign Name, Platform, Time Distribution and Location. The event types displayed by default are OPEN, SCRATCHED, CLICKED and TIMEOUT, although custom scratchcard templates may implement additional events (like PLAYED for slot machines and spin to win).
