Format input file for Payback MX

The file to be delivered via FTP is a CSV File which should contain the following information:

  • Campaign ID: This is a Payback created campaign ID that will be unique to each Payback Campaign. The Campaign ID is required to be used for tracking within the Mobile Engagement Platform.
  • CardNumber: The Cardnumber is a Payback generated ID that is unique to each Payback user. The Cardnumber is used by Payback to identify the Payback user and flag the status of the SMS in the Payback systems.
  • Mobile: The Mobile number of the Payback user to receive the messages.
  • Sender: Payback; in this case the Sender will always be Payback. For processing, this column may not be required.
  • Date (dd/mm/yyyy; hh:mm): The date/time in which the message is to be processed and SENT. If the file does NOT contain a DATE, then the file still needs to be processed and created in the Mobile Engagement Platform, however the message will NOT be sent or scheduled by Syniverse Mobile Engagement and Payback will be responsible for manually delivering the message.
  • Msg: The content of the MT messages to be sent. Payback will be responsible for message content length and language creation.
